My greatest passion is working with young athletes. It is rewarding and gratifying to be a part of their lives and help build the foundation of their athletic abilities. While covering events as an Athletic Trainer, the most common thing people would say to me is “My kid is exhausted, we have two more games today, and college scouts are coming. Is there anything we can do?” While studying elite athletes, I found that recovery has been the most vital component of their longevity and performance. This led me to the path of sports recovery.

Being a part of the Bishop Gorman High School and Select Medical family has helped me mold into the person I am today. Select Medical has given me the knowledge and tools to be successful, whether I choose to be an Athletic Trainer or a Healthcare provider. Without the experience and tools I have acquired, my daughter wouldn’t be alive today. Bishop Gorman has been the foundation of my athletic training experience. They taught me about Accountability, Excellence, Leadership and Stewardship.

Family has been the core value in my life. I am so grateful to have an amazing wife and two children. I never imagined that I had to perform CPR on my daughter, but it has been my greatest accomplishment in life.
